Here you can find the most frequently asked questions and their answers. This section is constantly updated and expanded, so please check back regularly for updates. If you can't find an answer to your question, we'll be happy to assist you through our  technical support.

How to get a phone number?

Once you have registered and topped up your account in the system, you can start working with our service. To get a phone number, you need to select the country (Indonesia is selected by default), then the service you are interested in, and click on the "Get number" button (see screenshot).

How to receive SMS?

After receiving the number, you need to send an SMS from the website of the service you have chosen. When the SMS with the code comes to our service, it will automatically appear in the field 'SMS code' (see screenshot).

How to proceed if SMS is not received?

Unfortunately, this happens sometimes. There is nothing to worry about. It is possible that the resource where you are trying to verify did not send the SMS, or there may be an issue with the phone number itself.
If the SMS has not been received within the first 7 minutes of placing the order, you can either cancel or ban the number. After that, you can get a new number and go through the verification process again.
There will be no charge for this, so don't worry.

Is it possible to get an additional SMS?

Yes, you can.
Our project allows for unlimited receipt of SMS on one number within 15 minutes. However, the funds will only be charged for the first received code. To receive additional SMS, click on the 'Get more SMS' button (see screenshot).

What are the terms and conditions of the referral system?

We have a referral system that can be activated upon request to our technical support. The terms and conditions are discussed individually for each client.

What are the terms and conditions of the affiliate program?

At the moment, the affiliate program and other privileges for our regular clients are in the final stages of development. We are considering a reward strategy for users in different situations, which will be beneficial for both parties in the cooperation with Get-SMS.

Where can I find the API key?

You can find the API key by registering on our website and clicking on the round icon at the top right corner with your avatar. (see screenshot)

Where can I find my referral link?

After passing the moderation process, you can find your referral link by clicking on the circular icon in the upper right corner with your avatar. (See screenshot)

When will phone numbers be available?

Phone numbers are updated approximately once an hour. We cannot say the exact time of the number update because it depends on the system load.

Can I choose a specific operator?

At the moment, it is not possible to choose a specific operator. This function will be available soon.

Do you have numbers from other countries?

Yes, we already have more than 80 countries available for selection. The list will continue to expand. Stay tuned for updates.

How can I rent phone numbers?

Our project is designed in such a way that you rent a phone number for 15 minutes for a particular service, rather than buying SMS. During this time, you can receive an unlimited number of SMS. If you are interested in renting for a longer period, such as one week, we already have such a service, but it is currently disabled for upgrades. This feature will be re-launched soon.

I changed my mind about buying a number. How do I cancel the order now?

To cancel your order for a phone number, you can click on the corresponding button called "Finish work" (see screenshot). Please note that this will decrease your successful activation statistics! If your statistics drop below 3%, you will be banned until the next day! On the next day, your statistics will be reset for you.

Can you do call forwarding?

At the moment, the entire project is undergoing modernization and we have not yet launched call forwarding. Once the call forwarding functionality is launched, we will immediately notify everyone in the news.
